AQUATIC YOGA
Sink into serenity with this gentle practice held in our heated pool at 95 degrees. The warmth of the water melts tension, supports the body, and creates a weightless environment for movement, breath, and stillness. In this soothing space, joints are relieved of pressure, muscles soften, and the nervous system settles into deep relaxation.
Our classes blend slow, mindful aqua yoga postures with restorative floating shapes, breath awareness, and the healing resonance of a live sound bath. As the tones of crystal bowls and gongs ripple through the water, vibration is carried directly into the body, amplifying the experience of calm and inner balance.
Aquatic Yoga is accessible for all bodies and abilities, inviting you to move with ease and rest in the embrace of water. Whether you are seeking relief from physical tension, a gentle meditative practice, or a unique sensory journey, this class offers a sanctuary of warmth, flow, and sound.
HATHA YOGA
Hatha at Zoetic is a full body stretch and release, including traditional standing postures and floor poses, held for more than one breath. Where as vinyasa classes flow in continuous movement with the natural rhythm of your breathing, Hatha invites you to slow down for the purpose of strengthening and stretching the body’s muscles and releasing old habit patterns in the mind.
We are capable of so much more than we have been led to believe and we will play with this idea together as we explore the body/mind connection through the lens of the traditional poses in Hatha yoga.
Class will conclude with a luxurious sound bath to reset any energetic patterns that no longer serve you, allowing you to rise up from the mat reborn into the present moment, the only place real joy can be found.
Hatha at Zoetic will build strength in the body, endurance in the mind, and support willpower and resolve in your life.
RITUAL RESTORATIVE YOGA
Every Thursday evening, Zoetic transforms into a sanctuary of stillness for Ritual Restorative — a 75-minute class led by our in-house restorative yoga teacher, Abby Mason.
Restorative yoga is the art of deep rest. Using supportive props and long-held postures, the body is invited into complete ease, allowing muscles, joints, and the nervous system to release built-up tension. Physically, this practice improves circulation, reduces stress, supports recovery, and soothes the body into balance.
Beyond the physical, restorative yoga also touches the metaphysical — creating space for clarity, emotional release, and subtle energetic realignment. As the body rests, the mind softens, and the spirit opens to renewal.
Each class concludes with a 15-minute live sound bath, where the vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, chimes and gongs weave through the room, guiding you into even deeper states of restoration.
VIN-YIN + SOUND
This is a favorite at Zoetic because we get to start the hour with a strong-flowing vinyasa class and then we take it all the way down to the floor for some of our favorite Yin poses. Vin-Yin at Zoetic is a true full-body experience, giving you the best of both modalities for the purpose of cleaning your machine and giving you a strong foundation to build on. Class will conclude with a luxurious savasana and sound bath.
YIN + SOUND
This hour-long class consists of simple floor stretches held anywhere between 2-5 minutes, fully guided to inspire you to connect with your body, in the moment, as it transitions between postures.
This is an excellent choice for people with overactive minds, or those who may have found meditation challenging in the past. Yin yoga is a great place to explore and examine silence and stillness within a yoga posture, while remaining in your comfort zone.
The simple poses and transitions between stretches are effective reminders to come back to yourself and your body, and to love what you find there. Holding the poses a bit longer than usual, a space within opens and welcomes you to the moment.
Yin yoga provides an opportunity to those with a ‘restless body’ who seemingly ‘can’t sit still’ to be held by the moment in the energy of the unconditional friendliness of those around you. Class will conclude with a longer-than-average savasana and soundbath.
