VINYASA FLOW YOGA

This is Zoetic’s most dynamic class—a strong, breath-linked flow inspired by the Ashtanga tradition, though less rigid and more accessible. The structure of this flow builds strength, increases flexibility, and helps clear the mind. The final 20 minutes of class transition into deep stretching, full-body release, and a guided meditation to help calm the nervous system and integrate the practice.

This class is ideal for those seeking strength, flexibility, mental clarity, and an energy boost. The breath-led movement sequence challenges your body and centers your mind, drawing you into the present moment with every pose.

While this is not a gym-style or "power yoga" class, it is powerful in how it invites you to stay fully present—even when you're working hard. We encourage you to meet yourself where you are and trust that consistent practice will guide your progress, naturally.

Beginners are welcome, though some prior yoga experience is helpful. All mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own.

Afterward, you're welcome to stay—sip tea, chat or stay silent, swim, or simply enjoy the company of our indoor and outdoor animal friends.
